Zucchini with Ginger and Sesame Seeds
Ingredients:
2 TBS olive oil
1 Tsp sesame seed oil
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 to 1.5 lbs zucchini sliced
1/4 chicken stock (can use water too)
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbs sesame seeds
How to make Zucchini with Ginger and Sesame Seeds
-Heat the oils in pan over med heat.
-Saute the garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds.
-Add the zucchini and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes, until they begin to brown slightly.
-Add the Chicken Stock and cook covered for 2 minutes (until tender)
-Season with salt pepper and garnish with sesame seeds overtop.
